Cookies by Jenny is a home-based company and operates under the Georgia Cottage Food Laws. Cookies are baked in a home kitchen that is not inspected by health officials. I am a ServSafe certified baker and take great pride in making sure each item that leaves my kitchen is fresh and safe to eat. I am NOT a nut-free kitchen.
